Delete your Benefit account and data
You can request deletion of your Benefit account and associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email support@bnft.asia with the subject "Account deletion" from the email address your account is registered with (this verifies your identity); we will process the request and confirm.
Data that is deleted
Account and profile, company data and uploaded media (logo, cover, photos, certificates), your requests, tenders, offers and posts, and push notification tokens.
Data that may be retained
Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment/accounting records for subscriptions) are retained for the statutory period, then deleted.
Timeframe
We delete data within 30 days of confirming the request.
